1853 Victoria halfpenny young head spink 3949. very nice young bust of Victoria with bun head. Lustre present on this piece some surfaces residue hence the grade in my opinion. Graded by NGC ms62 acceptable considering surface issues could do with a dip and re grade to boost eye appeal good piece.
